Background

TechBuddha was formed in 2010 as a result of a combined 30 years of BPO and technical support experience. Co-founders Michael Riek and Gautam Vora leveraged their years of customer care, technical support, software development, and contact center operational experience to build a market leader in remote PC support. TechBuddha provides support to over 15,000 customers from a state-of-the-art support center located in Kolkata, India.
